Counseling enables people to become empowered by their own personal strengths to attain self-goals. My goal is to help clients identify those strengths in order to overcome obstacles and challenges to create life solutions. Everyone has unique needs and developing individual skills sets is important to their growth. I believe in meeting the client where they are in the present and helping clients continue to grow by maintaining a positive therapeutic relationship.

I have worked in the mental health field for several years and have worked with various populations and areas of need such as trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders, and substance abuse. I hope to create a collaborative, inclusive, and safe environment for clients to work and learn to thrive.
